What are they?

Resources are people, tools, information, or support systems available to help you when you need them. They allow you to go deeper, understand more, and integrate the changes better. It often refers to not being alone when facing challenges in your transformation journey!

About Consent & Communication

The Wheel of Consent

Created by Betty Martin, this tool helps you better understand and clarify what each person gives or receives in an interaction, consciously and intentionally. It allows you to better communicate your desires and boundaries, and to honor those of the other person, so that each exchange is clear, respectful, and nourishing.

Betty Martin's website and resources are in English. If you understand English, I strongly encourage you to visit her website HERE, her video HERE, and read her book HERE.

But if you prefer to stay in French, HERE is a similar resource.

The Non-Violent Communication (NVC)

Created by Marshall Rosenberg, it is about having a real and honest connection with yourself, and then with others. It starts by deeply understanding your own feelings and needs. The goal of NVC is to help you turn situations of conflict, misunderstanding, or frustration into real dialogue and connection. It's a way to reconnect with who you truly are, beyond the habits, protections, or limiting beliefs you've learned, so you can build more honest and caring relationships with others.

Official website from the teachings of Marshall Rosenberg, but many serious centers exist now to spread this method, so you can find a lot of interesting websites on the internet.
